COASTAL POWER is a new exhibition which explores both the science and environmental issues associated with the construction of wave energy, tidal energy and offshore wind farms around the coastline of Scotland. The display examines the role of Scottish companies such as Pelamis and Aquamarine in some of the exciting new developments in wave energy and discuss the future of renewable energy around the coastline. The exhibition includes paintings by Glasgow artist Marianne Greated and visitors can also generate their own waves in an interactive model wave tank.
