Mike’s illustrated talk at the Centre will describe the extraordinary wildlife found at the Cape and some of the pioneering explorers who first discovered it. Most remarkable is its floral richness with the region supporting over 9,000 species of plant. Table Mountain alone is home to more species than the whole of the British Isles.
